This PVC corner protector molding machine can produce four- or six-corner corner protectors. PVC powder, calcium powder, and additives are poured into a mixer. After 10 minutes, the material is automatically fed into a twin-screw extruder. The material is plasticized in the twin-screw extruder and then enters a four- or six-corner precision die. The extruder cools the material under vacuum for final shaping. Then the extruder punches and embosses the corner protector, which is then pulled by a crawler conveyor. Finally, a servo motor cuts the corner protector and automatically rewinds any remaining material. The final corner protector, with holes, ribs, or patterns, is ready for immediate packaging. The extruder operates at a speed of 8-15 meters per minute and can be operated by one operator.

Machine description


This PVC corner protector extrusion equipment completes the entire production process from "powder" to "rigid small steel rails" in one go: the 55/65mm nitriding screw main unit plasticizes at high speed with a length-to-diameter ratio of 22:1; four-way die separation ensures that the flow error of each corner protector strip is less than 2%; the 4-meter stainless steel vacuum chamber uses two-stage spraying to instantly form profiles with dimensional stability of ±0.1mm; the crawler servo traction speed can be steplessly adjusted within the range of 8-15m/min; the online pneumatic punching pressure is 0.6MPa, and the hole spacing can be switched with one key, ranging from 50-150mm; the servo flying saw has high cutting precision, with a smooth end face without burrs, and an accuracy of ±1mm. The entire machine's frequency conversion power is only 45kW, while the energy consumption is as low as 220kWh/ton. The compact 15-meter layout can be arranged in an L-shape. Automatic heating is achieved by scanning the formula QR code. Color co-extrusion or embossing upgrades can be completed within 30 minutes. The quick-release vacuum chamber cover and Cr12 blade quick-change structure allow for tool-free maintenance. The corner protectors produced have built-in reinforcing ribs and anti-collision textures. They will not crack when dropped from a height of 1.5 meters at room temperature, and will not leave white marks when folded at -10℃. They truly achieve a high-speed, low-energy-consumption, and zero-failure operation experience through "integrated production and packaging".
